This page (the "Site") is an independent marketing page operated by a Klang Valley-based property consultant, REN 83663 ("we", "us", "the agent"). This Site is not operated by, or an official page of, MABA Suitez Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 202603205608 / 003293491-D) or EXSIM Group of Companies. It was created to help buyers register interest in the MABA Suitez by EXSIM project and related new launches.

What information we collect

When you use the "Register Your Interest" form, we collect the information you submit directly:

Full name
Phone / WhatsApp number
Email address
Unit type you're interested in

We also automatically receive standard technical information from your visit (such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed) via our hosting provider, for security and basic analytics purposes. If Google Ads or Google Analytics is used to promote this Site, Google may also place cookies to measure ad performance — see "Cookies & Third-Party Services" below.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry and share the requested price list, floorplans and project updates
To contact you about MABA Suitez, and — only if you separately request it (e.g. via "Get Details" on another project) — about other new launches referenced on this Site
To improve this Site and understand how it's used

We do not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties.

Who we may share it with

Your information is primarily held and used by the agent named above. If you proceed with an enquiry on MABA Suitez, relevant details may be shared with MABA Suitez Sdn Bhd's official sales team, EXSIM's authorised representatives, or Mana-Mana Hospitality (for hospitality-management enquiries only), strictly so they can assist you directly. Form submissions are processed and stored via our website host's form-handling service (Netlify) for the purpose of receiving your enquiry.

Your rights under the PDPA

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you have the right to:

Request access to the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Withdraw your consent at any time
Require us to cease processing your data for direct marketing purposes (Section 43)

To exercise any of these rights, or to ask us to delete your information, message us on WhatsApp using the button on the main page. We'll act on reasonable requests within a reasonable time.

Data retention

We keep your information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and any reasonable follow-up, or until you ask us to stop — whichever is earlier.
